I was born in Mayagez, Puerto Rico in the same room my father was born in 25 years earlier. My family moved to small-town Minnesota before I entered the 7th grade. I fell in love with Music at an early age knew I wanted to do something with music for my life. I have traveled throughout the U.S. and abroad to Russia, Europe, and the Caribbean through different educational and musical programs to finally earn my Doctorate in Music in 2013 from NDSU.
I specialize in classical piano, but have played in salsa and jazz bands in the past. I can play the saxophone and enjoys singing, having a good amount of experience with Music Theater both on stage and playing in the 'pit' as an accompanist. I have been teaching dance for more than 12 years after studying Latin dance in Chicago and St. Louis and am currently teaching in Fargo and if your willing, I would love to share this wonderful art form with you!
Regarding wedding ceremony and receptions, one of my favorite parts of my job as a DJ/MC is the connection I make with my clients and the friends we become throughout the process. A close second would be being able to get on the dance floor with the couple and all the guests and share my love of dance with them.
Thank you for taking time to read my biography and considering me to be your Master of Ceremonies!
