I grew up in a very musical family, so It was no surprise that my love of music started at a very early age. Both of my parents sang and played piano. My dad also played guitar and accordion, both of which were often requested at family gatherings. To this day, my two oldest siblings can still be heard singing lead vocals in bands almost every weekend. I can attribute my eclectic taste in music to the different musical interests of everyone in my family. My parents raised me on classic country, my oldest sister introduced me to the music of the 70’s, my brother shared his rock n- roll collection with me, and my other sister always made sure I was up to date on the latest “In music”. My first memories of music were in church. That is also were I got my first taste of performing in front of a crowd. In high school, I started performing in a variety of music groups such as band, concert choir, and swing choir, as well as singing and playing guitar in rock bands and singing at wedding ceremonies. I also acted and sang on stage in many theatrical productions. I continued to do so throughout college. I am currently a board member at the Fargo Moorhead Community Theater (FMCT). My favorite thing about being in theater is the connection that an actor feels with their audience. That connection is also what I love about being a DJ and Emcee! I get to share in the celebration of your real-life love story! From the laughs, to the heartfelt moments, it is an amazing experience that I am thankful to be a part of.

I have worked at Harmon longer than almost all of the other DJs. The relationships I’ve made from working for Harmon Entertainment I wouldn’t trade for anything. We really are more than a company, we are a family! And, that doesn’t end with employees. There are people I have met who were guests at a wedding reception I was DJ-ing, who ended up attending my own wedding! Nothing makes me happier than when a bride and groom come up to me at the end of the night and tell me “That was the best wedding reception ever!”

He was like our personal wedding planner and had a timeline of the reception/evening and made certain everything went smoothly! “Brandon was incredible to work with and a professional through the entire planning process. We were originally supposed to be married May 1st, 2021, but with COVID, we had to postpone.
